Frequently Asked Questions

How do I check the number of Diamond Points I have accumulated?

You can do so by simply asking your Personal Jeweller or WhatsApp us on +6012-239 9029.

How do I redeem my Diamond Points?

Simply let us know how many Diamond Points you would like to redeem on a particular purchase and we will redeem them against your purchase accordingly. For example, if you have accumulated 500 points to date but would only like to redeem 300 points on a purchase, you can do so.

What is the validity of my Diamond Points?

Diamond Points collected will be valid until 31st December 2025, subject to extension of the program before the expiry date.

Can my Diamond Points be refunded?

Diamond Points redeemed are non-refundable unless there are defects or damages on your purchase, in which case, you will be offered a product replacement of the same value or lower.

What will happen to my Diamond Points after 31st December 2025? 

Diamond Points accumulated between 1 January 2023 and 31 October 2025 will expire on 31 December 2025.However, Diamond Points earned between 1 November and 31 December 2025 will be carried forward into the next cycle of the program, which runs from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2030.

Terms and Conditions

  • All purchase invoices will be followed by a gift of Diamond Points for future purchases of products or services under any of the SUEN group of companies.
  • Diamond Points collected cannot be utilised on the same day of purchase.
  • The SUEN group of companies reserve the right to modify, change, exclude from specific promotion and/or terminate this Diamond Rewards Program.
  • All Diamond Points will expire at 11.59 p.m. on the 31st December 2025.
  • Diamond Points are account specific and not transferable.
  • Diamond Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
