Frequently Asked Questions

How do I check the number of Diamond Points I have accumulated?

You can do so by simply asking your Personal Jeweller/salesperson or WhatsApp us on +6012-239 9029.

How do I redeem my Diamond Points?

Simply let us know how many Diamond Points you would like to redeem on a particular purchase and we will redeem them against your purchase accordingly. For example, if you have accumulated 500 points to date but would only like to redeem 300 points on a purchase, you can do so.

What is the validity of my Diamond Points?

Diamond Points collected will be valid until 31st December 2022, subject to extension of the program before the expiry date.

Are my Diamond Points valid for the Travel Packages and Agraria?

Yes, they certainly are! The Diamond Rewards Program is an integrated program across all purchases of services and products at SUEN, which at this point in time includes SUEN Jewellers, e-SUEN, YTL Travel Packages, National Geographic Expeditions, Agraria, Spa Village, Gift of Legacy, and Azad Daniel's Pop Art Portrait. Kindly note that this list is subject to change.

I have previously accumulated store credit at SUEN Couples. Are those points still valid?

Yes, they are! All existing store credits accumulated at SUEN Couples will be integrated into the Diamond Rewards Program and converted into Diamond Points.

Can my Diamond Points be refunded?

Diamond Points redeemed are non-refundable unless there are defects or damages on your purchase, in which case, you will be offered a product replacement of the same value or lower.

Can I accumulate points on my online purchases of Agraria and e-SUEN?

Yes, you can. However, at this point in time, you will not be able to redeem points against online purchases.

Terms and Conditions

All purchase invoices will be followed by a gift of Diamond Points for future purchases of products or services under any of the SUEN group of companies.
Diamond Points collected cannot be utilised on the same day of purchase.
The SUEN group of companies reserve the right to modify, change, exclude from specific promotion and/or terminate this Diamond Rewards Program.
All Diamond Points will expire at 11.59 p.m. on the 31st December 2022.
Diamond Points are account specific and not transferable.
Diamond Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
